There is an x-ray unit in the facility so that the doctor can see your spine clearly and know how to adjust you the best way possible and get to the root cause of the problem. On-site X-rays eliminate the need for the doctor to make any guesses about your condition while also making it affordable and convenient for all the practice members requiring x-ray films.
There are a variety of rehabilitative exercises offered in the clinic to allow your body to heal quicker and grow stronger.
We participate with several insurance companies, including Medicare, and also accept cash patients. We create payment plans for all our patients to make the care you and your family need affordable.

Your First Visit
Here at Daleville Chiropractic, we do our best to make you feel at home and help you receive the highest quality care possible. When you walk through our front door, you will be greeted with a smile by our friendly office staff. Click here and fill out our patient intake form on your smart phone, tablet, or computer. This will not only save you time on your first visit, but also give the doctor the opportunity to get to know more about you and your condition prior to your appointment. Based on the information you provide on the intake forms, there may be additional, but minimal forms for you to electronically fill out in our office.
Once we have gathered all necessary information from you, you will be accompanied to the exam room by one of the office staff. There our doctor will talk with you about your medical history and then you will receive a thorough new patient examination. The examination involves simple physical tests and measuring your range of motion. From that point, the doctor will decide whether or not it will be necessary for you to receive spinal X-Rays. For your convenience, we have an X-ray unit on site and your X-rays will be taken immediately following your examination. These X-rays are necessary for the doctor to get to the root cause of your problem without making any guesses as to what your spine looks like, providing them with the knowledge of how to adjust your spine the best way possible. To conclude your new patient visit, you will be accompanied back out to the front desk where our staff will schedule you for a Report of Findings.
Second Visit
On your second visit, you will be presented with a Report of Findings, where the doctor will discuss with you your examination findings and any X-Ray imaging that was taken on the first visit. You will be given a well-thought out treatment plan and financial care plan. You will be treated immediately following the Report of Findings. Feel free to ask any questions you have, as we want you to understand everything that’s going on concerning your care. You will then be on your way to better health!
Upon checkout from your second visit, you will be given a booklet containing all of the doctor’s recommendations and at-home exercises with instructions.
