Dr. Justin Ginnings

Dr. Justin Ginnings was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and raised in Salem, Virginia. He graduated from Salem High School and went on to receive his undergraduate degree in health and exercise science from Roanoke College. He then went on to receive his doctorate from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He will always root for the Tennessee Volunteers, loves to lift at the gym, and spend time with his wife and dog. He met his now wife in middle school while running track and field and they have been together ever since.

Our Team

Ruth Waddell

is from Franklin County, VA and is the office manager of Daleville Chiropractic. Ruth started her career as a chiropractic assistant at Daleville’s sister clinic, Trochim Family Chiropractic, in 2014 and became office manager of Daleville Chiropractic in 2022. She graduated from Franklin County High School in 2010 and went on to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Roanoke College in 2014. Ruth met her husband Nick at Roanoke College and they married in 2018. She has been receiving regular chiropractic adjustments since she was 8 years old, which has helped her live her life at the most optimal level. Ruth has her x-ray license and takes all necessary x-rays right here with our on-site x-ray unit. She is an insurance expert and is here to answer any questions you have. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys playing piano, running 5Ks, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.

Heather

Heather grew up in Bent Mountain and eventually moved to Salem where she graduated from Glenvar High School. She also holds a degree in medical billing and coding from Colorado Technical University. Heather had the privilege of training the Virginia Tech Women’s Hockey Team for 4 years, leading them in their off-ice workouts. Heather has worked in health care since 2013 and enjoys helping patients in a more holistic environment. Heather found Daleville Chiropractic in 2026 and is glad she is able to continue helping patients and witnessing them getting their lives back! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, going to concerts, traveling, and going fishing and hunting. Heather is here to answer any questions you may have about your care or insurance!

Gabbie

Gabbie was born in Elkins, West Virginia, and later moved to Botetourt County, where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from James River High School in 2020 and began pursuing her education at Radford University shortly after. When covid hit, she decided to take a break from school to explore different career paths. Gabbie found her calling in helping others feel happier and healthier, which led her to Daleville Chiropractic. She loves being part of a profession that empowers people to achieve their best health and well-being. Outside of work, Gabbie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their cat, as well as reading, traveling, and camping.
